• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on apk365. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly forbidden.

apk365 conducts identity verification at various stages, including on account registration, on first withdrawal, and at any point where there is reasonable cause to verify a player's identity. Failure to provide required documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your apk365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you agree to:

All financial transactions on the apk365 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Supported Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency wallets.
• Withdrawal to Source: apk365 operates a return-to-source policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.

Deposits must come from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be returned, and the account may be suspended for investigation.

• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.

Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All bets placed on the apk365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General betting conditions include:

• Bet Acceptance: apk365 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Applicable minimums and maximums are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placing a wager.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing or odds error, apk365 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and settle them at the correct market rate. Players will be notified in such cases.
• Abandoned Events: For sports betting markets where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, apk365 will settle all affected bets according to the rules stated in the specific sport's betting rules, which are available in the sports betting section of the Platform.

apk365 maintains full logs of all betting and gaming activity. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome or game result, the Company's system records shall be the primary reference. Players may submit a dispute in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account;

• Placing bets on behalf of, or funded by, any third party;
• Attempting to launder funds through bonus systems or high-volume low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening apk365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

apk365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps through your account settings. Once a limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Enable session duration alerts or hard time-out limits to prevent extended unplanned play sessions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without express written permission;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
• Use the apk365 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not directly referencing your own registered account on the Platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Nothing in these Terms limits apk365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. apk365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall in any event not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct is detected;
• A KYC verification request is not responded to within the stipulated timeframe;
• A regulatory or law enforcement instruction requires it;
• The platform determines that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform's integrity or to the player's wellbeing.

Where an account is closed in good standing — meaning no Terms breach has occurred — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Balances on accounts closed due to Terms breaches may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach conditions.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting apk365 support. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your apk365 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other Platform matter, you should follow the steps below:

apk365 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, apk365 will notify registered account holders via the email address on file with reasonable prior notice of no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the apk365 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk365 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

apk365 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction other than those in which the Platform is lawfully accessible. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using apk365 complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
